You’ll learn how to diagnose, overhaul, repair, inspect and test a wide range of trucks and buses. As well as working with a range of diesel engines, you will gain experience in electrical systems and brakes. You will be exposed to a modern workshop equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools

Start your career with a hands-on Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technician Apprenticeship!
We're offering a paid, full-time 4-year apprenticeship that combines TAFE training with real-world experience on Mack, UD, and Volvo Trucks and Buses. You’ll gain your Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology while learning everything from basic servicing to advanced engine rebuilds, auto electrics, and vehicle management systems. We’re looking for motivated, reliable individuals ready to learn, grow, and become experts in the field—with in-house product training and support every step of the way.
Commencement date February 2026

What we’re looking for:
Completion of Year 11
Valid driver’s licence
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in mechanics
Certificate II in Automotive or relevant work experience (highly regarded)
Involvement in part-time work, sports, clubs, or volunteering (advantageous)
Ability to meet physical demands and pass a pre-employment medical (including drug screening)
