We’re offering a 2-year paid apprenticeship where you’ll gain dual qualifications in Nursery Operations and Horticulture through TAFE NSW, while learning hands-on from our team of qualified horticulturists.
What You’ll Do
Care for plants – watering, feeding, pruning, pest control, and general garden centre maintenance
Assist customers – provide friendly, practical gardening advice and exceptional service
Study horticulture – paid time for TAFE courses, project work, and skill development
Participate in off-site training at other Honeysuckle locations to broaden your knowledge and experience
