About us
Master Pools Alta specializes in the design and construction of commercial and municipal aquatic facilities. Working throughout Western Canada, we partner with bid-spec and design-build Contractors, and Construction Managers build the largest swimming pool structures and mechanical systems.
Master Pools Alta Ltd is currently hiring 3rd and 4th-year plumbing apprentices and Journeymen for 12-16 month project in Lake Louise, Alberta.
Master Pools Alta Ltd is currently hiring 3rd and 4th-year plumbing apprentices and journeymen for projects in the Calgary area, Edmonton area and central BC area.
These involve the construction of large-diameter PVC piping systems, and associated filtration, heating, and chemical treatment equipment.
Previous aquatics-specific experience is not necessary. The successful candidate will possess PVC plumbing experience, and demonstrate excellent mechanical room layout ability and workmanship, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work and travel as part of a crew, and act professionally in a commercial job-site setting, is also necessary. An interest in pool tank construction is considered an asset.
We offer a salary is $26.00-$36.00 / hour to start based on experience and qualifications, as well as Health benefits, overtime, and performance bonus. We encourage, and offer the opportunity to produce, professional and high-quality work in a team environment. We work exclusively on commercial projects, and emphasize quality over quantity.
