About the Role
We are seeking an experienced PDI/Service Technician to join our prestige dealership team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and repair motor vehicles to the highest standard
Adhere to manufacturer's scheduled times for efficiency
Record diagnosis, work completed, and components used according to group and manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Requirements
NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification
At least 2 years' experience as a Technician in a Dealership (or similar)
Excellent customer service skills
Good technical knowledge
Valid driving license
Ability to work independently
Salary and Benefits
The basic salary is £37,200.00 per annum (Level 2), increasing to £42,000.00 per annum (Level 3) with opportunities for overtime at 1.5 times the rate.
