THE ROLE
Temenos is looking for an Atlassian Administrator focusing on BitBucket, Confluence and Jira. As the primary Atlassian administrator, you will be responsible for effectively managing our BitBucket repository, JIRA, and Confluence ecosystem (Core System, Plugins, and Tools) and be our overall organizational authority in this critical area.
Working with the offshore Team in India, you will collaborate with various leaders and their groups across multiple Business Units to support Temenos corporate BitBucket/JIRA/Confluence initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining the Atlassian environments end-to-end, from systems administration & upgrade, web service & application tuning, to applying standard methodologies to ensure sound service/solution that meets the business needs
Key Responsibilities
• Atlassian System administrators are ultimately responsible for Installation, Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Monitor and administrate Atlassian Tools and Servers on a day to day basis
• Plan, evaluate, deploy, and maintain 3rd party plug-ins to suit the expanding business needs
• Maintain and ensure systems are reliably backed up
• Provide systems support including responding to monitoring alerts
• Troubleshoot issue and complete
