We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is interested in providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in Nursing Facilities throughout the State of Connecticut. Harvest offers a competitive salary, flexible schedule and generous benefit package.

Qualified Candidates must have:
APRN or Physician Assistant Degree
Holds a valid license in Connecticut
DEA Certificate
State Controlled Substance Practitioner’s License
Geriatric and psychiatric experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Specialize in geriatric care, addressing the unique healthcare needs of elderly patients.
- Utilize DEA Certification to prescribe medications and manage controlled substances.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
