The Role
As Executive Assistant to Director General Aerospace Surveillance and Response (DGASR) you will play an important role as the first point of contact for Aerospace Surveillance and Response (ASR) Branch. Your duties will include:
Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Proactive calendar and inbox management
Coordinating meetings including drafting agendas, collating briefing packs, organising venues and catering
Arranging domestic and international travel
Assisting with finance activities including credit card reconciliation
About our Team
ASR Branch forms part of the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG). ASR Branch is responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of the Australian Defence Force fixed wing aerospace surveillance and response systems. The ASR Executive Team is a small team that provides direct support to DGASR including finance, workforce, tasking, travel and general administration.
