The Role
The APS 6 Simulation Educator and Manager will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the Simulation Department at the Royal Australian Navy Medical School (RANMS).
You will:
Manage the bookings of the simulation areas, both for the RAN Medical School courses and external organisations.
Design and deliver simulation based educational activities for RANMS.
Coordinate facility and equipment bookings, activity resourcing, health logistics, maintenance and repair of equipment.
Consultation with individual instructors on the governance of sim-integration into course curriculum.
You will manage the maintenance of all simulation equipment and items within the RAN Medical School as well as managing the stores and consumable requirements within the Department.
You will assist in running Simulations for RAN Medical School courses and external organisations and manage the administrative requirements within the department.
You will be accountable to contribute towards ongoing improvement of work practices.
Manage and coordinate RAN Medical School Governance and Assurance Activities.
