In this role, you will transform qualitative and quantitative workforce data into practical insights that shape executive decision making, workforce planning and HR strategy; coordinate and deliver key employee surveys - including the APS Employee Census and agency lifecycle surveys - from planning through to analysis and reporting; and drive strategic HR data initiatives by scoping work, guiding decisions and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with departmental and APS priorities. You will also promote strong data governance by managing access controls, supporting data literacy and ensuring compliance with legislation and frameworks such as the Australian Privacy Principles, while continuously enhancing our HR data tools, dashboards and reporting products using platforms including One Model, Excel, Power BI and Qualtrics.
