Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for security administration? We’re looking for a dynamic Security Administration Officer to join our Federal Government client on a 12-month engagement. In this role, your organisational skills will be crucial in managing and supporting their security clearance processes, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
What You’ll Do:
Criminal Records Checks: Play a vital role in processing checks that support security clearances.
Inbox Management: Keep communication channels flowing by responding to security-related queries swiftly.
Clearance Applications: Review and process security clearance applications with precision.
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with stakeholders to efficiently manage and progress clearance processes.
Outsourced Vetting: Work closely with vetting providers and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.
Policy Guidance: Provide expert advice on security clearance requirements and best practices.

You thrive both independently and in a team environment.
You’re proactive, managing multiple priorities with ease.
Eligibility:
To be successful in this role, you must hold an active NV1 security clearance.
