Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Associate at EMPClaims in Ahmedabad. The AR Associate will be responsible for tasks related to invoicing, finance, customer service, and communication. Day-to-day duties may include managing accounts receivable, resolving billing issues, communicating with clients and payers, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
• Review the Claim status & update accordingly via Calls
• Communicate effectively, via phone and email
• Evaluation of clinical documentation.
• Follow up over the calls regarding medical claims
• Follow the Patient Claim Plans
Qualifications
• Analytical Skills
• Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in healthcare billing software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Should be open for fixed night shift (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM)
