Sr. AR Associate with 1 year of International BPO with domain experience
Sr. AR Associate with 6-months International BPO with non-domain experience
AR Associate with 6-month Domestic BPO experience
AR Associate with 6-month Non-BPO experience
AR Trainee for Freshers (3 months training)
Location Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai
Qualification HSC / Graduation / Post Graduation in any field
Responsibilities:
1. 80% Voice 20% Back Office
2. The given positions are for Work from the office
3. The job is related to AR (Accounts Receivables) in Health Care domain
4. The job needs calling and coordinating with insurance companies in the US and checking the status of claim papers.
Timings:
Fixed shifts are from 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM and 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM from Monday to Friday.
AR Trainees: Rotating shifts are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM-10:00 PM for 3 months from Monday to Friday.
3. Transport: One way for night shifts.
Weekly Off:
Saturday and Sunday off.
Confirmation Period:
6 (six) months.
Selection Process:
1. Screening and Shortlisting of resumes
2. Voice & Accent tests on a video call
3. Aptitude test
4. Typing Test (20wpm/80% accuracy)
5. RCM Module Test
