Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller/Sr. AR Caller based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include analyzing accounts receivable and insurance claims, following up with insurance companies for payment statuses, identifying and resolving claim denials or rejections, and updating account information in client systems. The role involves maintaining accuracy and detailed records, meeting deadlines, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and processes.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with insurance providers and internal teams
• Knowledge of healthcare billing practices, accounts receivable management, and claim follow-up
• Analytical skills for identifying claim issues and resolutions, ensuring accuracy in documentation
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in healthcare software and technology, including medical billing systems
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or relevant training/certifications in healthcare or finance fields is preferred
