Position – AR callers (US Hours shift)
Location- Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India
About the Role.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing tech company. We’re looking for someone preferably graduate with minimum 1 to 4 years’ experience as AR associate (voice) with an international BPO / KPO.
Job Responsibilities
· Appeal claims when necessary.
· Analyse patients’ records and medical history.
· Understand insurance rules and regulations.
· Understanding different codes and applying accordingly.
· Prepare the necessary claims documents requested by insurer.
· Verify patient’s insurance coverage.
· Negotiate and build healthy relations with insurance company.
· Reviewing and correcting the denied claims
· Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up
· Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, top denial reasons, use appropriate codes to be used in documentation of the reasons for denials/ underpayments
Qualifications
· Min 1 – 4 years of revenue cycle service as AR Caller experience
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Good knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Power-point etc.
· Willing to work in Night shifts
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timings: 6 PM to 2 AM (IST)
Experience: 1-2 years
