Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an AR Executive/AR Caller in the US Healthcare sector. The AR Executive will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, handling denials, making calls to insurance companies to resolve claims, and following up on pending claims. The role requires an understanding of US healthcare and insurance processes, and involves working closely with the finance and operations team to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debts.
Qualifications
• Accounts Receivable (AR) Management and Denials Management skills
• Experience with Coding and Revenue Cycle Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with insurance providers
• Knowledge of US healthcare and insurance processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certification or training in medical billing, coding, or healthcare management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
