Key Responsibilities:
• Call insurance companies (in the US) to follow up on outstanding claims.
• Analyze denied and unpaid claims and take appropriate action.
• Work on aging reports and resolve issues to ensure timely payment.
• Update the billing system with the latest claim status.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve payer issues.
• Document all call details and actions taken for each claim.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 6 months-1 years of experience in AR calling/RCM in the US healthcare domain.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
