Process: International Voice – Healthcare AR / Claims
Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)
Qualification: Any Graduate (Commerce / Science / Arts)
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) invoice processing for international healthcare clients
• Manage voice-based communication with insurance providers and healthcare stakeholders
• Assist in healthcare claims processing, billing, and payment follow-ups
• Verify invoice and claim details to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Identify and escalate discrepancies in invoices or claims
• Maintain proper documentation and update systems regularly
• Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice and claim issues
Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interest in International Voice Process
• Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable / Invoice Processing
• Knowledge of Healthcare Billing & Claims Processing
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in US shifts / Night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
• Exposure to US Healthcare AR / RCM process
• Understanding of EOB, CPT, ICD codes (basic level)
• Any certification in Healthcare or Medical Billing
• Internship or training in BPO / KPO / Finance Operations

• Team player with positive attitude
