Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive for North America, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the region. • Drive new business across the North America region, executing strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers, aligning Flagright’s solutions with their specific needs.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
• Conduct thorough market research, assess competitive landscapes, and identify potential clients, providing actionable feedback to enhance offerings.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Sales and other teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with company goals. Provide regular reports on sales progress.
• Exceed sales targets, contributing to the ambitious goal of quadrupling revenue within two years.
• Apply innovative sales strategies and adapt to evolving market conditions and client needs.

ARA Health Specialists (ARAHS) is looking for multiple subspecialties as we experience continued growth and expansion of services in the Asheville/Hendersonville area. We are a stable group that enjoys exceedingly low turnover. We provide excellent patient care while also providing our radiologists with an excellent quality of life.
Position Details
2-year partnership track; other employment arrangements can be considered.
Approximately 7-+ weekends per year during work-up. Night positions are remote or on-site; all other openings are on-site/hybrid.

Our group is a stable, independent, physician-owned multi-specialty practice (55 radiologists, 8 radiology APPs, and 5 vascular surgeons) with a highly engaged leadership team and support staff.
