Role accountabilities:
• Collaborates with the Global HaN group to ensure Oracle infrastructure, networks and security align with Global Arcadis initiatives.
• Works with the OTE Director to address Key Business Users feedback, satisfaction with Tower services.
• Collaborates with OTE Domain leads to deliver efficient and well-run processes.
• Ensures Oracle Cloud infrastructure adhere to Oracle documented standards and industry best practices. OCI includes WebLogic, Databases (ADB, VMDB, On Prem), Networking, Gateways, Storage, Virtual Machines, Kubernetes, Terraform, Security and DataGuard.
• Manages capacity planning, technical documentation, coordination of OCI software and hardware upgrades.
• Establishes proactive monitoring and alerting to ensure service availability and performance meets business demands.
• Manages infrastructure backup and recovery procedures and responsible for ensuring recoverability will meet service level agreements
• Coordinate with release manager the schedule of release activities across environments, teams, and vendors, identifying and resolving conflicts to minimize risk of business disruption.
• Manages incident and problem response and resolution, as well as service request queues to deliver high end-user satisfaction.
• Identify, plan and implement rollouts of new innovations in-line with Global Arcadis initiatives
• Partnership with other Towers, Lanes, and teams to achieve goals and exceed business expectations
• Infrastructure services with Global Data & Global Hosting and Networking teams.
• Oracle SOP and KBA development with OTE team
• OTE budget adherence with OTE Director
• Oracle service disruptions announcements and EU communications with OTE team
• Release Management with OEA teams and Tech CAB

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 8 years’ experience managing enterprise infrastructure and performance tuning, at least 4 years of which with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Demonstrated experience successfully planning and implementing a Cloud Infrastructure in a global company with a multi-national, multi-vendor environment.

Proven track record of achieving service excellence, including maintaining positive stakeholder relationships and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams with internal and external resources.
