AR Collections, and customers Inquiries

Accounting background and experience, AR experience, advantage
The RSA® Archer® GRC Platform supports business-level management of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Role Description:
Monitor AR accounts and collect overdue customer balances. Ensure timely payment of Accounts Payable.
Identify and analyze overdue balances and past due invoices.
Follow the company’s collection policies and procedures.
Communicate with customers for inquiries related to past due invoices/balances. Maintain positive customer experience.
Process refunds if needed.
Apply customers’ payments daily and update AR records accordingly.
Keep collection documentation, reports, and records.
Maintain and monitor daily AR aging reports. Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
Process invoices/credit memos to customers and post bills and credits.
Review and validate billing schedules.
Reviews billing and credits to ensure invoices/credits accuracy.
Open new customer accounts and update existing ones according to the company’s policies.
Initiate and process intercompany entries.
Manage multy-currency records, including revaluation and translation.
Assist with bank reconciliation.
Follow the company’s billing and credits policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of the below systems- advantage:
NetSuite
Customer portals such as:
ARIBA, CUPA
Excel
