1. Junior Architects (0–3 Years of Experience)
2. Experienced Architects (3+ Years of Experience)
Scope of Work:
• Conceptual Design Development
• Client Presentations & Coordination
• Working Drawings & Documentation
• Project Coordination with Consultants
• Site Supervision & Execution Support
• Software-based Modeling & Visualization
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience:
• 0–3 Years (Junior Architects)
• 3+ Years (Experienced Architects) with a proven ability to handle project stages independently
Education:
• B.Arch or higher from a government-recognized university or institute
Key Skills:
• Strong design sensibility and visualization skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, and/or Rhino
• Understanding of construction drawings and detailing
• Effective team coordination and communication abilities
• Time management, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with sustainable and innovative design approaches is a plus
