Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for concept development, design and documentation, construction administration, and team coordination. They should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, the ability to multitask effectively, and the ability to communicate effectively with a team to ensure timely resolution of issues. They will work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver creative and cost-effective solutions, while ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional Architectural License preferred
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with experience in all phases of design and construction administration
• Strong skills in design, conceptualization, detailing, and specifications
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, zoning, and ADA requirements
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with sustainable design and LEED accreditation is preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as needed
• Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
