Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a detailed masterplan that integrates site analysis, zoning, infrastructure, and environmental sustainability.
• Design architectural plans for luxury villas that harmonize with the natural landscape and reflect the client's vision.
• Create photorealistic 3D interior renders to effectively communicate design concepts and layouts.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
• Ensure that all designs align with local building codes, regulations, and cultural considerations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure that all milestones are met.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and interior design.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in master planning, architectural design, and 3D rendering.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in master planning, villa design, and 3D visualization.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of South Indian architecture, culture, and environmental considerations is a plus.
