Job Summary :
Seeking a skilled and experienced Architect with over 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of architectural work details, contour site analysis, and the ability to execute projects with precision and efficiency.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp. Preferably Photoshop, Revit and Lumion as well.
Part time is also possible. Ideally someone in Delhi, but anywhere will work.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute architectural designs.
Conduct site analysis, including contour site evaluation, to inform design decisions.
Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Utilize Photoshop for design presentation.
Demonstrate material knowledge to inform design choices and project specifications.
Coordinate and communicate with contractors, and structural engineers.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop. Lumion is a plus.
Strong understanding of contour site analysis and architectural work details.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
