Senior Architect:

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Goa. As an Architect at AKS Design co, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to architectural design and planning. This includes creating building designs, collaborating with clients and Structure engineer, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Previous 4/5 years experience in architectural design and planning

Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Knowledge of building codes and regulations

On site experience of execution is an advantage.
