Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in Gurugram. As an Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of construction projects, developing construction plans and specifications, creating project timelines, and communicating with clients and team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field

Minimum of 5 years" experience in architecture, with demonstrated experience leading design and construction projects

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, Revit, and other design software

Demonstrated expertise in designing a variety of building types and styles, including commercial, residential, and cultural

Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations, and experience obtaining building permits

Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and. interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex design concepts to clients and team members

Experience with sustainable design and LEED certification is a plus
