Architect and Interior designer involves supporting the design and delivery of architectural projects. As an assistant architect, you’ll work closely under the guidance of senior architect and management
• Design Development: Architects are responsible for creating designs for new buildings or renovations. This involves understanding the client's needs and desires, translating them into architectural plans, and ensuring the designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Client Communication: Architects work closely with clients to understand their vision and keep them informed about the progress of the project. This may involve presenting design proposals, discussing budgetary constraints, and addressing any concerns or revisions.
• Knowledge of Building Materials and Construction Techniques: They need to stay up-to-date with the latest building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices to ensure that their designs are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound
• Space Planning: Interior designers analyze the layout and flow of interior spaces to optimize functionality and efficiency. This includes determining the placement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to create comfortable and visually appealing environments.
• Color and Material Selection: They choose color schemes, finishes, fabrics, and furnishings that enhance the overall design concept and meet the client's aesthetic preferences. This may involve coordinating with suppliers and vendors to source materials and products.
• 3D Visualization: Interior designers use computer software to create 3D renderings and visualizations of their design concepts. This helps clients visualize the final result and make informed decisions about the project.
