Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to create construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details. Contribute to the development of Building Information Modeling (BIM) models (a plus). Ensure drawings adhere to building codes, industry standards, and project specifications. Participate in project revisions as needed. Maintain a well-organized and efficient drafting process. Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and other team members. Qualifications: 1-4 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman or relevant field (or a strong educational background in Architecture or Drafting). Working knowledge of AutoCAD and a desire to learn additional architectural design software. Basic understanding of architectural drafting principles and construction terminology. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Eagerness to learn and grow within the architectural field.
