Location: Remote (India)
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
Engagement Type: Contract to start, with full-time potential as the company scales

Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Architect with proven experience working on US construction projects. You will work as a dedicated remote resource for a US-based client, delivering high-quality design documentation aligned with US building codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop architectural drawings, construction documents, and design packages for US-based projects
• Prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documentation sets
• Ensure compliance with US building codes (IBC, ADA, local jurisdiction requirements)
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil disciplines
• Collaborate with US-based project teams and clients across time zones
• Deliver accurate, detailed drawings within project timelines
Sectors You Will Work Across
Residential | Commercial | Infrastructure | Industrial | Hospitality | Airports | Retail (including renovations) | Interior Projects
Required Skills & Software
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of SketchUp and/or Rhino (preferred)
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu for document review and markups
• Strong understanding of US building codes and construction standards
• Excellent communication skills in English
