### About the Role
We are seeking a talented Junior Architect with 1–2 years of experience to join our design team. The role involves working on a range of commercial (offices, retail) and residential (apartments, villas) projects, with a strong focus on concept development, spatial planning, technical drawings, and client coordination.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural and interior designs, preparing detailed documentation, and working closely with the execution team to ensure designs are implemented as intended.

### Key Responsibilities
Prepare conceptual designs, space plans, working drawings, and 3D views for both residential and commercial interiors.
Understand client briefs and translate them into functional and aesthetic design solutions.
Develop presentation decks, mood boards, and material palettes for client review.
Work on detailed layouts, furniture plans, ceiling designs, lighting layouts, and technical detailing.
Coordinate with the in-house execution team to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with site conditions.
Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and execution requirements.
Stay updated on design trends, new materials, and innovative spatial solutions.

### Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
1–2 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design firms.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive working drawings.
Creative design thinking with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with clients when required.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality and timelines.

### Preferred Experience
Exposure to designing office spaces, director cabins, boardrooms, modular workstations, etc.
Experience with residential layouts such as living-dining plans, kitchen designs, bedroom wardrobes, etc.
Familiarity with BOQs and material specifications (optional but helpful).
