Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Architect to spearhead our Commercial Interiors division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of commercial interior projects ensuring they align with our clients vision and business objectives. The Architect will play a crucial role in client interaction project planning and ensuring the successful implementation of interior design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Commercial Design Expertise:
• Develop innovative and functional commercial interior designs that align with clients brand identity and business goals.
• Stay d on industry trends materials and technologies to incorporate the latest innovations into design concepts.
• Client Interaction:
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements preferences and expectations.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients addressing their feedback and ensuring a seamless communication flow throughout the project.
• Project Management:
• Lead and manage commercial interior projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers contractors and vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Space Planning and Optimization:
• Conduct thorough space analysis and planning to optimize the functionality and efficiency of commercial spaces.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes regulations and safety standards.
• Budgeting and Cost Management:
• Work closely with the project management team to develop and manage project budgets.
• Source and evaluate materials and furnishings with a focus on cost-effectiveness and quality.
Salary Range 3.00 Lakh to 5.00 Lakh Per Annum depends on Candidate Experience
Education/Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in commercial interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and project teams.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
