Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect cum 3D Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of architectural design, 3D visualization, and technical software.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs and 3D models.
Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
Create high-quality renderings and visualizations.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams for project execution.
Ensure designs comply with regulations and standards.
Create high-quality 3D models & renderings.
Develop detailed 3D visualizations for interior & architectural projects.
Collaborate with designers & architects to bring concepts to life.
Ensure accuracy in scale, textures, and lighting.
Technical Skills & Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD 2D drafting & detailing
SketchUp 3D modeling
V-Ray / Lumion / D5 Render / Rendering & visualization
SketchUp / AutoCAD / 3ds Max (Mandatory)
Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and textures
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
Rendering expertise in V-Ray
Strong understanding of lighting, materials & textures
Ability to read architectural drawings & convert them into 3D visuals
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
3-4 years of experience in architectural cum 3D Designer
