Responsibilities

Utilize drafting software like AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for residential projects.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications in all drafting work.
Coordinate closely with the team to incorporate design changes and revisions into technical drawings.
Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Architecture or related field.
Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong attention to. detail and precision in technical drawing.
Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of leading collaborative design processes.
Passion for pushing the boundaries of architecture and a commitment to staying abreast of emerging technologies.
Previous experience in architectural design, preferably in residential projects.
Familiarity with architectural visualization software like Enscape is preferred.
