POSITION - ARCHITECT - HEALTHCARE PROJECTS

Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a well-experienced Architect with a healthcare project focus to join our team.

Role accountabilities:
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within Alberta's healthcare sector to expand the firm's client base
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, contractors, and other stakeholders
Meet with clients and represent the firm at various working groups, and lead presentations
Lead the design and delivery of complex healthcare projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare design
Lead or participate with multi-disciplinary project teams related to projects, ensuring delivery of quality projects while meeting or exceeding Arcadis' commercial objectives
Be a design and technical resource for the project teams
Be able to travel about 25% of the time to meet clients or to go to project sites
Qualifications & Experience:
15+ years of experience in the field of healthcare architecture
Licensed Architect
Experience managing and mentoring a team consisting of Architects, Technologists, and Designers
Experience in client engagement
Excellent communication and presentation skills are a requirement

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.
