Job Title: Architect (From Hospitality Industries Only)
Job Location: Kolkata (Rajarhat)
CTC Range: Max upto 14.0 L/A
Years of Experience: 4 Yrs
Qualification: Only B.Arch (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:
• Assessing drawings submitted by design consultants and structural consultants adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to prepare the required documents which meet the local codes and regulations.
• Coordinating with internal and external consultants throughout all phases of the project to make sure that all the consultants have updated layouts throughout any phase of changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation logs of reviewed drawings, comments provided and responses received from consultants.
• Organizing project co-ordination meetings and provide updates on drawing status.
• Oversee the preparation of GFC
• Updating the GFC and maintaining organized records of all revisions made to GFC drawings
• Coordination with internal stakeholders including MEP, Statutory compliance for project planning, drawing and specification delivery.
