DESIRED PROFILE:

B.Arch with excellent artistic skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think creatively about the use of space, color and movement.

Ability to communicate an artistic vision. Draw on other artistic platforms for creative inspiration.

Must be effective communicator and able to persuade the design concept and idea.

EDUCATION:

UG: Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)

PG: Masters Degree in Architecture (M.Arch.)

Technical Skills: Sketchup, VRay, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit. Adobe Photoshop,

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Min. 1-3Years of experience as a Design Architect. Must have experience in both, residential and commercial projects. Experience in Project Management added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback.

One of the key job responsibilities would be to ensure client satisfaction, and high standards in design and delivery.

Work closely with the Chief Architect and the Design team, developing design concepts and plans.

Ensure to deliver projects within the scheduled timelines, maintaining high-quality standards.

Coordinate with the clients to understand their requirements and ensure delivery of the design as per requirements

KEY SKILLS:

Experience in computational design.

Creative, Imaginative and Artistic.

Proficiency in Enscape, SketchUp, Vray, Lumion, AutoCAD, Architectural Design, etc.
