About the Internship:
Join Nagalia Associates 5D Studio, a leading architectural firm, and unleash your creativity while utilizing your expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. As an architect, you will play a pivotal role in transforming client visions into stunning architectural designs. From initial concept development to final construction documentation, you will be responsible for bringing designs to life while ensuring compliance with codes and standards. Collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will have the opportunity to create detailed drawings and 3D models, incorporating unique client requirements and preferences.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and animations in architectural designs, incorporating specific requirements and aesthetic preferences of clients
2. Conduct site visits to assess potential construction sites, evaluate existing structures, and gather necessary information for design development
3. Prepare and present design proposals, including material selections, color schemes, and lighting plans, to clients for approval
4. Liaison with internal and external professionals including team members, freelancers, and construction workers to ensure the smooth running of the project
5. Oversee the production of construction documents, including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates, to facilitate smooth project execution
6. Stay updated on current industry trends, emerging technologies, and building regulations to continually enhance design processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards
7. Visit sites to monitor project progression and onsite issues resolving
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
2. Have a B. Arch degree
3. Have a very good knowledge of Revit and be able to convert CAD plans to 3D that are minutely accurate
4. Should be able to complete technical drawings that will be used to present a project for approval
5. Have a high attention to detail
6. Must be versed in incorporating AI into the discipline
7. Up-to-date knowledge of construction, architectural trends, and advancements
8. Have good oral and written communication skills

10. Have strong project management skills and be able to work under tight deadlines
11. Be a strong team player
