We are seeking a talented architect to join our team at Zectional Space Design company. If you have a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! As an Architect, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life through the use of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, Adobe Photoshop, 3ds Max, and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their space design.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and Autodesk Revit.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients for feedback and approval.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to enhance visual presentations and renderings of the proposed designs.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of the design.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope.

We provide plans/maps/naksha/house maps in 2D and 3D drawings along with interior and construction drawings. We also do elevation and construction works starting from planning to execution till interiors.
We make plans for independent houses, farmhouses, villas, flats (2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK), penthouses, studios, office spaces, compact houses, and commercial spaces like hotels, offices, clinics, etc. We are committed to low-energy sustainable design providing appropriate, imaginative, cost-effective, and technical solutions to meet our client's individual requirements. We implement and manage our input into each project to the highest professional standards, meeting our clients' requirements with clear communication throughout the project.
