Role Description:
We are looking for a min. 2-4 years experienced qualified Architects / Interior Designers in high-end luxury residential projects. You will be involved from conceptual design stages and liaising with the Principal Architect to supporting with the execution of project,
Responsibilities:
Designing: Developing space planning & architectural designs that meet the functional, safety, and aesthetic requirements of the client.
Drafting: Creating detailed drawings & 3D visuals using computer-aided design (CAD) and other 3D software techniques.
Collaboration: Working closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs meet all necessary specifications and regulations.
Site Visits: Conducting site visits to assess potential construction sites, gather measurements, and monitor construction progress.
Problem-Solving: Addressing design challenges and finding innovative solutions to issues that arise during the design and construction process.
Research: Staying updated on trends, materials, and technologies in the field of architecture.
Project Management: Overseeing projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
Education: Must have a 5 year Bachelor's degree in Architecture as a minimum from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in Architecture / interior design consulting firms in high end luxury Residential projects.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe creative suite , 3D software would be a major plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to articulate complex design ideas. Should also possess knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
