We are seeking a talented and visionary Architect & Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present innovative architectural and interior design concepts

• Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for client presentations and execution

• Prepare comprehensive working drawings with technical specifications and material details

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation

• Research materials, finishes, and design trends to enhance project outcomes

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

• 3–7 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and detailing

• Excellent visualization and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Strong time management and organizational skills
