Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect / Interior Designer located in Jaipur. The Architect / Interior Designer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of structures and buildings. The Architect / Interior Designer will also supervise and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other specialists to ensure building projects are completed within budget and on time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering or Diploma in Architecture
Bachelor's degree or higher in Interiors
Proven work experience as an Architect, or as a Designer and proficiency to make a team and lead a team
Strong. proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
Demonstrated expertise in project management, documentation, and quality control procedures
Excellent knowledge of building codes (B.A.R) and other regulations, and accessibility standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients and contractors
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
