Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Jaipur. The architect will be responsible for leading the design and development of new construction projects, as well as renovations and remodels of existing structures. This includes overseeing the conceptualization, planning, and execution of projects and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural design software

Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams

Knowledge of building codes and regulations, as well as. sustainability and inclusive design principles

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Experience with construction documentation and specifications

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

Experience with Interior Design is a plus

Building Construction experience is a plus,
