Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at Shubh architects located in Jhansi. The Architect will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their design requirements and translating those requirements into architectural plans. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring that designs comply with building regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
Professional licensure as an Architect
Demonstrated proficiency with architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
Proven experience managing architectural projects from conception to completion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Thorough understanding of building. regulations and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage project timelines and budgets
Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
Experience with interior design is a plus,
