Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Management:
• Lead the end-to-end design development process for hospitality projects from concept to execution.
• Liaise with renowned architectural and interior design consultants to ensure design intent, quality, and brand standards.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and mock-ups.
• Ensure alignment with operator guidelines (e.g., Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton) where applicable.
• Project Coordination:
• Work closely with internal project teams, engineering, and procurement for effective implementation of design elements.
• Conduct regular design coordination meetings and track progress of design submissions and approvals.
• Oversee statutory and regulatory submissions in coordination with consultants.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure high standards of detailing, finish, and aesthetics in line with international hospitality benchmarks.
• Participate in on-site reviews and provide design solutions to address construction challenges.
• Budget & Timeline Oversight:
• Monitor design-related budgets and schedules in collaboration with the project management team.
• Provide value-engineering inputs without compromising design integrity.
