• At least 8-12 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Sketchup software.
