Job Description :
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Junior or Senior Architect to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience and a strong proficiency in architectural software, contributing to a variety of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Support: Collaborate with Senior Architects to design and develop architectural
projects, ensuring creative and technical excellence.
2. Documentation: Prepare and revise architectural drawings, models, and presentations that
effectively communicate design intent.
3. Site Analysis: Conduct site visits to assess conditions and document findings to inform
project development.
4. Regulatory Research: Investigate building codes, zoning regulations, and industry trends to
ensure compliance and best practices.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate
effective communication and project execution.
6. Project Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including design
revisions, notes, and reports.
7. Participation: Engage in design meetings and presentations, sharing insights and
contributing to collaborative efforts.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest software and technologies in the
architectural field.
Software Skills:
1. Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
2. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
3. Familiar with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Microsoft Office.
4. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and
construction methods.
5. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
6. Work Style: Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certifications: LEED AP or WELL AP certification is a plus.
2. 3D Visualization: Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Rhino, V-Ray).
3. Sustainability Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainable design principles and practices.
4. AI Tools: Experience with AI software (e.g., Houdini, MidJourney) is advantageous.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
