• Job Title: Architects with 0-2 yrs of experience
• Summary: Seeking an Architect with 0 to 2 years of experience with Design firms to collaborate with team on an immediate basis. He/she would be involved in conceptualizing designs, producing detailed drawings followed by coordination and subsequent participation across all phases of execution. Understanding of material, detailing, budget, costing and ongoing sites is a must.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Proven experience working as an Interior Designer in a design firm or architectural practice
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper would be a bonus.
- Must be good at coordinating between consultants, contractors, designers and clients for more than 1 site.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and finishes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
-Eye for presentation and details would be observed and tested.
