Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect Modeler with expertise in data center design and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing architectural models, ensuring the efficient design of data center infrastructures, and collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Modeling:
• Develop architectural models for data center projects using industry-standard software and tools.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Create detailed plans and blueprints for data center construction and infrastructure.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with engineering, construction, and IT teams to integrate architectural designs with technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide expertise on architectural best practices.
• Project Management:
• Assist in project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential design issues and implement solutions proactively.
• Technical Expertise:
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data center design and construction.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed designs.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural modeling, preferably in data center projects.
• Proficiency in modeling software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including cooling, power, and networking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient data center solutions.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as Uptime Institute Tier Standards or ANSI/BICSI.

Certification in project management or relevant architectural credentials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
