Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for an Architect at AvinashThakureEstates located in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings, as well as making enhancements to existing structures. They will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and meet all requirements.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Previous experience in architectural design and project execution
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
