Collaborate with the project team to develop detailed construction plans, Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic construction environment.
